- In-House Training - Ubique will train your engineers in-house to use Solidworks efficiently. Having just taken training, they are usually on a steep learning curve. We will look at the projects they are working on and work with them to develop their skills rapidly. We will help to solidify the most efficient way of modeling their projects so that they will quickly gain the skills and strategies to make efficient use of Solidworks. The amount of return you will get from a once - per-week shadowing session will more than pay for itself
Mentoring
- Are you a foreign-trained engineer who is having little success applying for jobs in your chosen field? Here at Ubique we run a successful SolidWorks/Engineering Mentoring Program. This course will close the skills and experience gap that most employers are reluctant to absorb. First, take a basic Solidworks course from a local school, or have equivalent experience. Our challenging course will:
- Provide you with many real-life exercises to complete, using many of the features in Solidworks repetitively for the sake of retention,
- Give you the opportunity to discuss better or alternate ways of employing Solidworks
- Expose you to using many of the typical Canadian engineering and machining operations and terminology
- Give you a portfolio filled with modeling, drafting, assemblies, bills of materials, top-down/bottom-up design, renderings, animations and exploded views.

Please note that this is merely a start - most of these newly-graduated candidates who take our own Basic Skills Assessment Test can rarely complete it satisfactorily.
